Hello my name is Jesse Sr.

I am writing to all of you hoping to get my son’s side of the situation out there because the police and news reporters have only reported one side of the story making my son’s look like monsters.

The money collected will be used helping me in their defense by hiring detectives, paying for court documents to be filed, lawyer fees, and if there is enough bail.

James was beaten down by two 30+ Year old men by them punching him and using a metal pipe. James was arrested for defending himself and Jesse was arrested for defending James after he lost consensus and feared his brother was going to die.

I would like to make a comment that most people that I have talked to have said this is a classic case of self-defense but the police , DA, and News reports have all made my son’s look like the monsters in this situation without doing any true detective work at all. People the see what happened has told me they have not even been interviewed by the police so what kind of police work do our taxes pay for. Also when in our country did it become a crime to defend yourself.
