I have a personal goal to excel and expand my involvement in the fitness industry and for it to become a larger part of my daily life. For some time now, I've dabbled in different physical activities such as weight training, cardio, dancing and even pole fitness. I woke up one day with the temptation to enter a fitness model competition. I couldn't shake this feeling for over 2 months. I started my investigation into fitness competition prep and soon came to realise as a novice I would be better suited to entering the Swim Suit novice category first before advancing into the fitness category.
I've set my goal and a huge challenge to do this in the next 6 months, hoping to compete in the September Swim Suit competition that will be held in Newcastle. 

The preparation for competition will involve a lot of commitment at the gym, following a strict daily diet (for 6 months) and requirement for a commanding stage presence on the day. I believe it will be a tough journey but one that can help empower me with confidence, self esteem and discipline. I want to go through the learning process personally so that it can one day help me be a credible contributor in the fitness industry whether as a trainer, coach or teacher. 

The reason for request of funding is to support half the cost initially required to kick start my programming. My target is to reach $1000 with support of those around me. 

I will be blogging about my journey and I hope this transforms my life (not only my body) and ingrains me further into the fitness industry and then one day I can give back my knowledge or share my learnings.
