myself for medical and transportaion as i cant walk much longer to the

appoitments.i have a heart condition and have had 2 strokes. hello im connie maffei i am writing this as im in need of help with medical and with transportaion .i live off 700 a month and i need a vehicle to get to my doctors and to not have to walk as much as i have fibermiolgia.i have had 2 strokes and heart surgery major back surgery and just had neck surgery to where they put screws and all in my neck ...my hubby cant find a job s im struggling and i have not asked for help before but im in need of a little right now anything will help the smallest ones still help .i have am sorry for asking for help but im in need to whatever anone can spare to help me... i have had surgery on my knee and fixing to on my other and my heart is acting up again so im so nervous and stressed to what i can do...thank you for taking the time to read my needs..blessings
