It saddened me to see two food banks on my street, with lines all the way down the street. It made me realise people have forgotten how to feed themselves when they fall on hard times. I want to change that I want to "save the world one organic garden at a time!" Not everyone has room, time, or is physically able to garden, so I want to utilize my 1/4 acre of property to feed the community and educate them. Even teach them on how to grow fresh veggies in small areas of space, like an apartment patio. Also useful skills like how to can surplus veggies. I have plenty of community interest and volunteers now, I just need the funds to make it happen. Imagine just spending a few hours a month helping in the garden, knowing that you are providing fresh healthy vegetables to your family and community. Or putting a smile on an elderly woman's face because she's eating a garden fresh tomato. I know I can produce a lot of food with just a little bit of help. With just two heirloom tomato plants I grew over 80 pounds of tomatos! Everything is organically raised! No GMO's here, and no toxic chemicals will be used. There will be no costs to the families and nieghbors I want to provide this for.

I am blessed with seed sources so I will not need any money for seed.

I have designed a very effective way to water and grow plants in ground without having to weed or lose water to evaporation.

I want to bring back a culture where neighbors took care of each other. To bring back the Victory Garden where you were proud to rip out your lawn and build garden boxes to grow your own food and share with each other. Where children learn that vegetables come out of the ground, not a can. I thank you for taking the time to look at my fund raiser.
