Natalie Polk was the most beautiful little girl that God had shared with so many for such a short time. Her mommy and daddy loved her so. She went to school September 18, 2013 happy as a preteen could be and by lunch she was feeling bad head hurting, got very hot, and throwing up. The called 911 took her to one hospital where she was unresponsive. A CT scan showed that her brain was bleeding and that she had had an aneurysm. She was transported to LSU Medical school and hospital to PICU where they tried to stabilize her.

God has his reasons why He decided to take her home. Her infectious laughter and giddiness could cheer anyone. We all loved her here at Ernest's Orleans and spent much time with her parents, and siblings as well. A child dying is not something we ever plan for or could possibly try to think about and pay for their burial as well.

This is such a good family...her mother is a stay at home mom because her children were her world. So many times I seen her mother shed tears at the very thought of one of her babies hurt or hurting. The daddy is a quiet strong man that works in law enforcement that has such pride and dignity as well as a calmness with respect for all he came in contact with.

Natalie's siblings loved her so much....she was at the age where little brothers were still cool but she was on her way to being that beautiful young lady and often the boys were so cute when they picked at sissy. Please help this family if only $5 or $10 dollars.

They are a family that lived within their means and always made sure that all their kids had want they needed and wanted. This is a tragedy but somehow the confusion can be lessened if they were able to see that we live in such a caring and endearing world. Thank you so much and

God Bless you!
