Duncan was rescued from rural San Antonio after having been on his own and running from the coyotes for a long time. He was covered with hundreds of ticks and fleas, very emaciated, wounds and scratches all over his body, two of those which were very deep and infected. Duncan has been to the vet 3 times now and is being treated. His blood work shows that he also has a tick-borne disease and is heartworm positive. Through the donation of others, we have been able to cover some of his expenses but now find ourselves over $200 in debt with a long way to go before Duncan is healthy. He will begin Heartworm treatment once he is healthy enough, meanwhile we focus on treating his wounds, infections and getting him back to weight.
As his road to recovery begins, Duncan needs your help, we need your help. Please consider donating toward saving this sweet little spirit. He is adorable, gracious, and loving. Please, any amount would be greatly appreciated.
