Our friend is someone who has always tried to stay strong and handle life with quiet resilience. Like many people, he never imagined he would face a health problem that could take away so much of his daily comfort and stability. It started gradually—small discomfort, pain that seemed manageable at first, something that he thought would pass with time or simple treatment. But instead of improving, it became worse.
Over time, he was diagnosed with a severe anal fissure. It is a condition that many people don’t talk about openly, but those who suffer from it know how intense and constant the pain can be. What once were normal routines—sitting for a meal, working through the day, sleeping through the night—slowly turned into moments of discomfort, anxiety, and exhaustion. Even the simplest activities began to require effort and endurance.
Despite trying to manage it with medication and medical visits, the condition has persisted and worsened. Doctors have now recommended surgery as the most effective and necessary solution. Without it, there is a high risk that the pain and complications will continue, making life even more difficult. The surgery offers hope for recovery, relief, and a return to normal life.

This has placed him in an extremely difficult position: needing urgent medical treatment, but unable to pay for it.
