On November 13th, 2021 owner of JAKK Tuesday’s Kelly Hale had his restaurant ripped away from him because he stood up against vax passports, including having a sign above his restaurant that read “Say no to vax passports all welcome at JAKKS.”
If there’s anyone that deserves a break, it’s Kelly Hale. We've found a restaurant up for lease in the heart of Kingston, Ontario. First and last months rent along with start-up / operating costs works out to 25K.
I realize most of us are hurting so only if you’re able, let’s see if we can make Kelly’s dream come true. He was just one of a handful of restaurant owners across Canada who stood up only to have his place taken by force and permanently locked out.
