Unfortunately, Ed Harding is also a victim of covert US CIA mind control technology that was initially developed by the CIA's Project MKUltra mind control project way back in 1953, 70 years ago. Ed Harding was initially zapped in the 1970s (and possibly even earlier) because Ed Harding's NSA GS-15 dad fought to keep NSA out of domestic politics in the early 1970s, and Ed has been covertly zapped ever since the 1970s. Ed figured this out in 2005 and switched to being an anti-mind control researcher and documentarian.
