This has been something I have battled in my head for nights, and have finally realized I need help. Many of you know Josh Lacey and all for different reasons. He has a personality that just makes you happy, and feel good about yourself. I have seen him first hand go out of his way for others over and over, I have also heard many stories of him helping. I see how people are drawn to him, and how much they care. He is a good friend and just a good person altogether.

    Josh needs help, and he isn't one to ask for help often. Straight to the point, he is in Jail and I need money to hire a lawyer to help him. Josh has NEVER had a problem with the law, and this one issue has landed him in a large amount of trouble. The lawyer I spoke with this week instantly eased my mind of worry and I knew right away we needed him on our side. He is charging one flat rate and my hope is to raise enough to retain him before Josh's next court date May 26th.

    I understand the questions and concerns that will come from asking for help. Without going into detail and posting personal information, just know all money will go towards the lawyer funds. To get the help needed to prove Josh isn't who they are portraying him to be. Josh really needs this help! Being as it is a Federal case the lawyer fee is such a large amount and is way out of our reach. If and when the donations reach the amount needed to secure this lawyer I will shut this down. This is purely a plea for help, we need this Lawyer on our side.

    We are not rich people, we work every day and take care of our children. Something unexpected like this has left us scrambling and feeling completely vulnerable. No matter what the outcome of this, Josh is a great person and father he deserves to be fought for. I appreciate each and every one of you taking the time to read this and we will be beyond grateful if you decide to donate to help Josh. This has been one of the hardest things to do, but he is worth it.
