Going back to 2010, Alladad Pathan donated his kidney to his wife, Samshad Pathan, who struggled against a severe kidney failure. When the doctors confirmed that Alladad’s kidney was compatible with Samshad’s and the transplant could be completed, they received a brief spark of hope. His wife’s life could finally be saved – or at least, that’s what they thought at the moment.

Sadly, that brief hope was taken away when the transplanted was completed. After the 10 days of transplant that was regarded as a life saver for Samshad was completed, doctors had to do another surgery to get the kidney out of her body as it did not accept. And the 3rd day of this surgery, she passed away.

After the death of his wife, Alladad had to fight against a silent problem – depression. Having lost his wife, his kidney, his job and emerged in a depression, Alladad had to struggle to be able to survive. It is during these moments that we lose hope and start to think that life is very unfair.

In 2011, Alladad started to experience some problems in the abdominal area and in the location where the kidney surgery had been done. After a couple of visits to the doctor, it turned out that he had a hernia in the stomach region, as a result, he can’t even lift a small bag. Alladad is now drowned in emotional and physical pain and his situation is becoming more difficult day after day. The doctors recommended a hernia surgery as soon as possible which is estimated to cost about $2635 USD alongside the expenses related to the surgery before and after. With no job and family support Alladad can’t afford this surgery and his expenses of post surgery to support his life.

Your genuine support is appreciated by this brave man who once tried to save a life of a loved one. If you can’t donate money, please, donate your time and share this with as many people as you can.

Best Wishes.
