Every year, Tyler's school promotes the "Youth Making a Difference" program, which encourages volunteer efforts in K-12 students. The students are responsible for choosing a volunteer activity, filling out a commitment form, and keeping a record of their endeavors. In April, participating students will be recognized for their efforts at the annual Youth Making a Difference celebration.

This will be Tyler's first year participating in the program, and he has chosen to pack shoeboxes for Operation Christmas Child ( Please help him in his efforts to pack at least 25 boxes to send to children who wouldn't otherwise receive anything for Christmas. As long as donations keep coming in, we will keep packing boxes!

Ways you can help:

If you choose to send in a box on your own, or build one online, please let Tyler know if he was the one that inspired you to participate.
