After seeking substantiation from the "lender" of a debt supporting the mortgage against the family home they received ZERO substantiation. They were ignored. They stopped paying and shared their findings publicly. Despite request for validation of a debt, the bank and their lawyers are pushing hard to gain possession through the court system. An experienced legal team has agreed to work the case to get to the bottom of it. (this team has some high profile cases to their name and have demonstrated their support for justice... not the system!)
