Why This Campaign Matters
Hundreds of people lost their jobs after two industrial enterprises in East Kazakhstan were shut down. These enterprises had supplied manufacturers in the EU, Türkiye, and China and had already begun shipments to partners in the United States.
I am a direct participant in these events and a consultant to the affected enterprises in an important legal proceeding in Kazakhstan concerning abuses officially established by the investigation within the structures of state economic operators.
My direct experience in implementing industry programs has allow ed me to systematize important facts and evidence related to these events.
What Has Been Established
The official investigation in Kazakhstan has established numerous abuses within the structures of state economic operators. The affected enterprises and their employees have suffered serious consequences, including the loss of jobs and the disruption of established industrial activities and international business relationships.
The materials collected in connection with these events include documents, evidence, and other supporting information that require further professional analysis and legal assessment.
Involvement and Evidence
As someone directly involved in these events and with practical experience in implementing industry programs, I have been able to identify, organize, and systematize important facts and evidence.
The objective is not simply to collect information, but to transform the available materials into properly documented evidence that can be reviewed by independent legal professionals and used for further legal action.
Why Support Is Needed Now
Complex financial and legal matters require more than evidence alone. Moving from collected materials to practical action requires professional resources and coordinated legal work.
Funding is needed for:

initiation of additional legal measures aimed at protecting violated rights and preparing potential claims for compensation;

Specialized legal services are estimated at approximately $250 per hour . The requested €62,500 represents the estimated budget for the initial three-month stage of legal preparation.
The complete legal and international asset recovery process would require significantly greater resources. However, this initial stage is the necessary step toward moving from evidence collection to concrete legal action.
This initial stage is made possible in part through personal expertise and the voluntary support of specialists who are contributing their knowledge and experience without compensation.
