Thank you for supporting the Rise and Shine Shake. I’m Michael, the founder, and dancing has saved my life! Shaking and dancing has so many benefits—it wakes up our bodies and starts our day with connection and support. In addition to facilitating the Rise and Shine Shake Online 5+ days a week, I also offer private movement therapy with clients and have a psychotherapy and coaching practice.

I’d like to acknowledge that many of our incomes have undergone major shifts this Spring, while for others, income has remained steady. What’s most important to me is that everyone feels welcome to join the dance, regardless of whether they’re able to make a contribution financially.

For those who are able to contribute financially to support me and this community’s sustainability, I offer a range, and also welcome you to “pay from your heart”, which means that any amount that feels good to your heart is welcome. 

• Daily Dancers: $75-95 per month, or an amount that feels good to your heart
• Regular Dancers: $49-75 per month, or an amount that feels good to your heart
• Occasional Dancers: $4-10 per dance, or an amount that feels good to your heart

Again, everyone is welcome at the dance, no matter what you’re able to financially contribute right now. Everyone’s unique presence contributes to the flow.
