I need, NEED, to see my cousin, who I grew up with, sooner than later as we both have health issues.  I need to see if we can help each other survive and actually thrive,, perhaps, in a business we create to help us in our older age.  She is 64 and I am 63. I need this and she needs this.

Funding includes the following:. I need the brakes done on my car. I'll need fuel (gas). I will need to eat, but I am on a diet, so don't eat very much anymore. And as I am driving, I need to stop and rest quite often, maybe only drive six hundred miles per day.  I was trying to leave in August, but the date is delayed as I have not come close to my goal. I may not need as much as I first thought, and I may leave and blog along the way so you can see my progress and need.

I need help because  I have several disabilities and I will go into depth here, But I am unemployable.  

I will discuss Arachnoiditis with anyone who needs to know. It is a little discussed diseae but I do have that.  It's new to me, anyway, so I want people to be aware of it.  It is not fear of spiders (though they sure make me scared). It's a malfunction with the arachnoid mater, which surrounds your spine and encloses the cerebral spinal fluid in your brain (CSF). At present, or at least two years ago, it was evident through an MRI that the nerve roots in my lumbar spine were clumping.  Since then, I have had further progression with misfiring of nerves throughout my body, mostly in my feet and hands, but also in my face, chin, torso and upper thighs. It is not comfortable and combined with my severe scoliosis and hypoperfusion of my left brain, causes considerable pain. The scoliosis was to be fixed by doctors at a major hospital in Seattle, but they were waiting on me losing weight (up to 38 pounds loss at present).  The hypoperfusion is indicative, in my case, of TIA's (transient ischemic attacks or mini-strokes) and may lead to a major stroke. I do have some affect to my right side of a stroke, drooping face,on the right and decrease in accurate mobility of my right leg, such as an inability to do stairs normally. I am medicated within reason for all these conditions. 

In some cases, the Arachnoiditis has been fatal as has the hypoperfusion due to complications.  Rarely is scoiliosis fatal, but my lungs have been compromised due to my continued leaning to the left which has become uncontrollable.

I want to see my cousin whom I dearly love. We grew up together and were separated after we both married.  It was odd that we found each other..  We both do handcrafts and have thought about starting a business together.  But it is only thoughts until I get there and share beading with her.  I do beadwork but have been unproductive in the last five years due to the problems with my spine and brain. I have been hoping I would recover enough to build some sort of legacy for my grandkids (and the children). I've got songs that I've written that I would like to get published well enough to at least put on youtube.com.  I need help with that and my cousin was a dj in her life (as was I), so we are thinking we might be able to script a few shows together.  Anything is possible, I just have to get there ane hug her and see what life brings us.  

I have seriously been considering moving to Wisconsin, living in the North Woods around all the lakes. I believe it would be beneficial for my spirit. My children and their children must be in a stable home, working stable jobs before I can leave, I believe. It would be impossible for them to stay in my home in Washington without me, as my husbamd is against it. As for the kids coming to Wisconsin, my son's wife has family here making it unlikely. And my husband?  When he gets his loose ends tied up, is satisfied that he gave it his best shot here, he is welcome to follow me  Remember, I have not moved yet and this is all thought processes. This trip is a test to see if I want to live there, where there is snow quite a bit of the year (yay, snowmobiling, sort of like motorcycles, and ice skating - never say never).  I'm really ready, just waiting for them to get on board.  I need this time away for myself, to survive.
