Because of Roy's size and weight he can only fly as excess baggage to the states and this will cost about $ 380.00 plus an estimated $290 for the crate. Roy was adopted three years ago by a kind couple but tragically they both died in an accident leaving poor Roy all alone :( He is six years old and is stressed and lonely at the shelter. He has been at the shelter for  almost a year.

UPDATE: I just found out I can transport Roy as excess baggage on my trip to Seattle. We are still trying to work on getting a rescue commitment for him in the area. Roy is also available for adoption. The excess baggage fee for him will run at about $380.00 and the crate will run about $290 unless we can find one cheaper. I paid him a visit today and he was excited to see me. He is such a sweet handsome dog and I hope to finally see him happy. The kennel that he stays in is an outdoor one where it's cold and dirty. I can't wait to get this pup somewhere safe, clean and warm where he will be happy. Please help us by donating so we can get him home!❤️
