2nd Chance Animal Rescue provides shelter to over 150 dogs and 50 cats, each rescued from cases of abandonment, rejection and abuse.

It costs over 1,100 QR every DAY to feed, clean and provide shelter space for our rescues. Our medical bill is currently 730,000 QR - Covering other health expenses such as routine vaccinations, spay, neuter, microchip and the care of injured and sick animals.

With such exorbitant running costs, it is almost impossible for us to repair, replace and renew badly damaged cages. Even further from reality is our dreams to improve our Shelter to include an 'Adoption Centre' portacabin to welcome Volunteers and Visitors. The biggest dream of all? Is to completely rebuild our Shelter with safe, brick kennels and Air Conditioning... A luxury our Rescues currently just dont have despite Qatar's scorching heat.

We believe that our dreams can come true... 

We rely on the kindness and generosity of our Volunteers and Donaters who truly do make it possible for us to provide our Shelter family with a 2nd Chance at a forever home. We couldnt do it without you.
