Hi, my name is Sharon Fidler,i am  41 years old,i have a 4 year old daughter,whom lights up my life{apart from when she is throwing a tantrum;)}

I have a real passion for animals.I love creatures of all shapes and sizes,from the two legged to the eight legged,i just love them all.

I also enjoy keeping fit,walking my dogs,zumba and running.

I started running in september 2013,after my sister,Debbie,twisted my arm to join a running club,i wasn't keen on the idea,as i literally couldn't run for even a couple of minutes but i went along to show willing.

When i got there,i realised that i actually enjoyed it!

I usually run 3/4 times a week now.

I was running in the forest one morning and i was trying to come up with an idea of how i could raise money for animals,then it hit me like a brick!! Run A MARATHON SHARON!

So that's what im doing.

I am running the Ikano Robin Hood marathon on the 27th of September 2015,i would love it if you all could help me raise money for two causes very close to my heart,both of which rescue animals from deplorable conditions,whether physical abuse,starvation,neglect or abandonment.

Simona Cirnu is a lady in Romania that helps hundreds of animals,dogs,cats,birds and even a horse,she rescued "Cindy"from freezing conditions in January 2013,we adopted her through Simona and K9-Angels.Cindy is a brilliant dog,very gentle with my daughter,my six cats and my cantankerous blind chihuahua" Stanley",for that alone she deserves a medal!!

Also ,K-9 Angels  are currently rescuing many dogs from all over the world focusing in on Romania, Cyprus, The UK and Thailand

I am fundraising for K-9 Angels to help improve facilities in these countries for the dogs and their rescuers, send medical aid, spaying and neutering schemes and by applying governmental pressure to these countries to facilitate change.

The money we raise will be used to help make the lives of lots of animals easier,to help feed the animals,build kennels,,pay for vets bills and also help neuter the animals,so that more animals aren't born into a lifetime of hell.
