On July 31,2014 Manny Ray Vigil was in a terrible accident on this day as his mother I received that phone call no parent or guardian wants to hear that my 19 year old son was in a car accident his friend lost control of the car and in the accident my son broke his neck he is now quadraplegic after 60 days in ICU my son was finally well enough to be discharged as an inpatient to a hospital that specializes in rehabilitation because there is no place in our town he was transferred 2 1/2 hours away from our home me and my husband have been taught how to take care of our sons needs finances gave been tight and stressful we have learned do much and I know all the knowledge and practice will help us help our son be as healthy as possible so we are asking for help so that we could help our son
