In the beginning of March, my cousin Amber Ross was admitted to Frederick Memorial Hospital complaining of stomach pains; she had lost 43LBS since November, was severely dehydrated and had a very low blood pressure. She spent several days in the ICU with "Gastropareses" (her stomach was paralyzed) and a few more in a "regular room" before being released. Doctors still do not have any diagnosis for her and condition has not improved since. Amber continues to lose weight and is continuing her trips to various specialists. In late April she has an appointment at Johns Hopkins in Baltimore as they continue to hunt for a diagnosis.

Due to her condition she is unable drive, stand for a long period of time, eat without constant pain and has not been able to work. Without disability insurance, her medical expenses combined with her regular living expenses continue to rise. Amber and her husband Mike will be close to $5000 in the hole by the end of April and will likely be out of their home by May. We are humbly reaching out to our friends, family, work associates, acquaintances and any other warm-hearted generous person for any monetary help you may be able to offer. Please also keep Amber and Mike in your prayers & positive thoughts.
