Airman Clint Williams joined the Air Force in 2011. He was stationed in Germany with his wife and newborn son. On July 21, 2012 Airman Williams was in a motorcycle accident and suffered a traumatic brain injury (even with all full gear on, including full helmet). He had a fractured skull, was on life support and in a coma for nearly a week. He has now had the left side of his skull replaced and is in recovery mode. This Airman, his wife, and baby need our help to restart their lives and get back on their feet. Airman Williams is being placed with a Patient Squadron with the USAF until able to return to his normal duties. It will take several months to get all of their belongings and vehicle shipped backed to the United States, so they need a little help to get started in the meantime. Anything is appreciated and all of the prayers have been wonderful! It has just gotten tight for them with all the travel back and forth. It is a 3 hour drive one way to San Antonio to the hospital for all the Dr appointments, then they have only been able to get into the Fisher House one time because it is usually full so lots of hotel rooms, food and gas on the road. And the type of Status that he is listed as with the Air Force right now, does not reimburse for any of the expenses. So I am just trying to help them out because they will be going to San Antonio permanently in December, but there is no base housing available, so they are going to need to rent a place and get furnishings etc, for it until all their stuff gets here. Which will take several months.
