My name is Lina Henao; I am one of the people affected by the recent earthquake in Colombia.

I am very grateful to be alive, but I am distressed because my apartment was severely damaged by the earthquake and is currently uninhabitable.

But now the ground beneath my feet has shaken my confidence.

Although it’s very difficult for me to ask for help, it seems that this situation is teaching me to accept vulnerability and helplessness, and to seek help.

I don’t have my family’s support, and my productivity is very limited because I’ve been dealing with an autoimmune disease for the past year.

That’s why, following the advice of friends who care about me, I’m sending this cry for help out into the world.
