  Hi, my name is Alu Príncipe. I’m a pastry chef from Rosario, Argentina, and together with my life partner, Emi, we are building our dream: an artisan pastry café made with love, quality, and dedication.
  
• Where It All Began.
  My passion for pastry began when I was just eight years old, sitting on the kitchen counter, watching my mom cook, fascinated by every recipe, aroma, and detail.
  After studying professional culinary arts, life took me through office jobs, while pastry remained my refuge — my way of sharing love through desserts with friends and family.
  In 2016, encouraged by a close friend, I made my first sale as a pastry chef. That small moment changed everything.

• A Turning Point: Choosing This Dream.
  We started baking from home, selling to friends and neighbors, and slowly building a loyal community through social media.
  During the COVID-19 pandemic, we realized something very powerful: we wanted to build our lives around this project. Making people happy through handmade desserts gave deep meaning to our work.
  
  
• From Home Baking to a Real Café .
  Our desserts are 100% handmade. We carefully select every ingredient, take care of every step of the process, and put love into every creation. 
  By 2022, our home became a small production space, and we started supplying cafés and restaurants.
  In 2025, after years of effort, we opened our first small café with just five tables — a huge dream come true.
