Let’s dance: Together for Hope

Her Fight. Our Power. Together We Thrive

Melissa Avery, a beloved member of the dance community in Pittsburgh and Ohio, was recently diagnosed with breast cancer before the age of 40.

Join us at this collab Salsa event (with ballroom and WCS) to support her, and encourage every woman you know to prioritize their annual screenings.

Let's turn awareness into action for our friend and our community. Join us in the fight and support our dear friend as she bravely navigates her breast cancer journey. We fight alongside her, knowing that early detection saves lives, with the 5-year survival rate being 99% when breast cancer is found in its earliest stage.

To that end, we are arranging a collab dance event amongst the various Pittsburgh dance communities - Latin and Ballroom for a $25 donation to support her expenses.

Silent auction

Mini-lesson in Ballroom & Latin styles

And complimentary draft beer, house margaritas, and amuse-bouches available 8pm-12am
