I am creating this fundraiser on behalf of my friend Marie who lost everything because of super typhoon Odette (Rai), including her home and her beloved mother Rosario and daughter Mikaela/Ela.

Marie is from the small town of Ubay, Bohol, one of the most badly hit towns by the super typhoon. She is a single mom and the breadwinner of her family. She came to work to a far away place just to provide their needs. On December 16, 2021, in just the blink of an eye, her whole world shattered. She lost her home, her mom, and her daughter all in one day. Sad part was, she could not be with them during their last moments as she had been working.

This is her mom Rosario who was left to take care of her daughter so she could work.

This is her home after the typhoon wrecked it.

Marie deserves a new lease on life. We are knocking on your hearts so she could get the help that she deserves. Any amount will do. You can also directly donate to the victims of this devastating typhoon.
