Microscopic description/comment:

Sections show pieces of rectal mucous and ulcerated pieces of neoplastic tissue, showing a neoplasm; composed of large polygonal and round to oval cells; arranged in sheets.

Some of cells have brown pigment cytoplasm.

A few cells show intranuclear pseudoinclusion.

Diagnosis:Soft tissue, anorectal region, proctoscopic biopsy: 

Comment: Malignant Melanoma
