As you already know, Harris County mandated the closure of all bars and nightclubs as of 8 AM on Tuesday, March 17th as a precaution against the spread of the COVID-19 virus. Because of this sudden closure and the uncertain nature of the coming months, our amazing staff at Lil' Danny Speedo's Go Fly a Kite Lounge are now faced with an incalculable loss of wages. We are pursuing multiple avenues to make sure they're taken care of, but wanted to give our loyal patrons and friends an opportunity to help out as well.

As you ALSO may already know, it's been quite a while since we've made new merch. To incentivize you to give what you can, we're offering various types of brand new limited Lil' Danny's merchandise--shirts, totes, buttons, stickers, and our wooden nickel drink tokens--to those who donate.

100% of proceeds will go directly to the LDSGFAKL staff, which means those sweet, smiling faces you always see behind the bar and working the door. This money will help them with general cost of living expenses, including food and medicine, during the COVID-19 pandemic and associated quarantine.

We are starting with the goal of raising $5,000 but appreciate any amount you can spare. If you're not interested in merch, you can also just leave a virtual tip for a specific staff member OR the whole team.

Once we're back open, wooden nickels can be redeemed for any beer or frozen, or any beverage $6 and under. You can use up to 2 tokens each per visit. They're also a great way to introduce Lil' Danny's to your friends and family, and make great gifts!
