Hi my name is George Moody the father of
the most amazing kid, George Moody Jr., whom I love with all my
heart...he's my best friend.
Recently, in February of 2019, little George's
mom and I filed for divorce and she wrote out a reasonable visitation
schedule. This is the Visitation Schedule she came up with: If we
cannot agree on specific visitation then this visitation schedule goes
into affect "I am to pick him up every 1st and 3rd weekend of
every month at his mom's residence by 6 pm on Friday and return him by
6 pm on Sunday". Which I agreed to but many challenges followed.
On my very first visit March 01 2019 she threaten me in a text message
that she would call the police if I pull up in her drive-way or come
on her porch. So she puts my 7yr old son three houses down the street
at a stop sign to be picked up. On June 7th she denied me my court
ordered visitation by calling and telling me her and my son were
already out of town and would be back in a week, which would be
Father's Day weekend. I waited a week and called on Father's Day and
she hung up in my face when I asked to see my son. Then I immediately
went to her residence and found her apartment empty and a "For
Rent" sign in the yard. She has literally stolen my son from me.
I haven't seen him in almost 3 weeks. I found out she has relocated to
Florida and that its against the law to move out of state without the
father's consent, a hearing, and permission from the Judge when the
father has joint legal custody, which I do. I need help with hiring an
attorney to help me bring my son back to Georgia, all I want to do is
see my son. I miss him so much. Thank you for any size contribution.
