Please see my company Terfa Litter Corporation (terfalitter.ca). I own IP of the product. The product was successfully sold in the market in US in pilot production scale in 2013-2014 with funding from private investor for manufacturing.

What is needed to bring the product to retailer market

I look for 60,000 US Dollars to cover manufacturing and legal costs to bring the product to retailers in US, Canada and elsewhere. he product will be introduced to pet stores, convenience stores and gas stations and soon to big box stores. US market is close to 4 Billion dollars, solid and unified.

My product PURR-fect HARMONY is strongly patented & trademarked. It will replace clay-based and bentonite products that have 90% or market worldwide.

SUMMARY OF PRODUCT

The product represents new disruptive litter manufacturing technology made of activated carbon

Carbon is obtained from landfill sites for manufacturing: no strip-mining as required with clay.

Almost 150 Million Tons of fly ash go to landfill sites in US only every year: my product will reuse/reduce/recycle landfills

Used as effective fertilizer after cat use: no transportation to landfill needed, which saves Tens of Millions in transportation costs every year, which will be endorsed by many societies, communities and government organizations (as it already has received)

PURR-fect Harmony has all the benefits of clay litter but at lower dust, light weight, better absorbency, low raw material and manufacturing costs, naturally anti-bacterial, highly odor controlled, emission free, safe and effective eco-friendly technology made from over 85% recycled materials. Production will reduce landfill and not only that the product is an activated carbon that can be used as a fertilizer after cat use in garden, flowers, plants and trees. In other words it is not going to landfill as clay and bentonite litters do: Five Billion Pounds of clay go to landfill every year in US only and never decompose. My product received endorsements and Green America Certification already.

It saves the nature, Billions of pounds of flyash landfills are reused and reduced unlike clay mining that generates huge craters in nature and products go back to separate landfills after use creating massive landfill mountains and never decompose, my product is nature preserving at both ends as it is used as fertilizer for gardens after cat use. Waste transportation costs of heavy clay in garbage are avoided.  It already received Green America Certification.

I own the Intellectual Property of the product with 3 patents expiring 2030 that can be extended.

The product has patented technology for the conversion of fly ash to pet litter.  The patents cover composition, ingredients, manufacturing process step by step with equipment needed (equipment are different and cheaper than clay-based litter manufacturing):

1.Patent detailing the composition of the product. It specifies the ingredients, production from fly ash and has details of an activator to create activated carbon and the addition of odor control and clumping agent for specific products. It specifies bulk density, carbon content, particle size etc. etc.

2.Patent detailing the process to make the litter described in the above patent.

3.Patent detailing the specifications for the proven performance.
