Hello my name is Jacqueline. I am 45 years old.  I live in Pensacola, Fl.  I have 3 children 2 are grown and the third is still young and she wonders all the time why can her mom cant do all the things the other mom's do.  Well because I'm obese.  I have been obese all my adult life.  I have been struggling with weight loss.  I have tried everything.  Diets, Pills, hypnosis, Nutrisystem, and the list goes on.  I'll go on a diet and if I get low on money and cant maintain the diet the weight I lost goes right back on.  I need something more permanent to help me.  So I have been researching the gastro sleeve.  I have found a place right outside of San Diego that will do it for about $5,500 And my round trip plane ticket will be about $500.  To schedule my surgery i will have to pay $500 upfront.  I am asking for $10,000 because I don't know if there will be any extra fees or costs.  When I get home from my surgery I may need extra meds or time off work.  So I am asking for your help.  I have never been the one to ask for help like this before, but I just don't know what else to do.  If you can please help me.  I will be truly grateful and thankful for every donation.
