Many of you already know Brynna and the cause that she is currently fighting. For those of you who do not, please read on:

Brynna is my sister in law and she is the most kind, loyal, and humble person you will ever meet. She is a hardworking mother of the most incredible little girl I have ever met. Her daughter, Braelynn, is her entire world.

This is Brynna:

Braelynn brings a little rainbow and sparkle everywhere she goes. She brightens the lives of every person she meets... and she loves her mommy more than anything else in the world.

This is Braelynn:

After leaving her manipulative ex fiance, Brynna has done her best as a single mother to provide the best life for her Braelynn. They make the most amazing mommy-daughter pair you could ever meet.

Anyone would envy this kind of relationship:

A little over a month ago, Brynna decided to move to Texas with my husband and I to start their life over. Up until the move, Brynna had constantly worked 2 jobs to provide for her daughter and she lived with her loving parents.

She was determined to break the paycheck to paycheck cycle. She wanted to provide a life for her daughter that would be filled with smiles and laughs. Texas allowed her to do that.

Since arriving here in Texas, Brynna has only had to work one job to provide for Braelynn. She has so much more time with her baby girl and has opened many opportunities for her to have the best life has to offer.

Brynna wants to pursue her dream of mid-wifery, which she will now be able to do because she only works one job. A career in mid-wifery would allow her to provide an even better life for Braelynn than the one she has right now.

Even still, Braelynn's life has grown exponentially since the move. She was set to start dance classes soon, she made many new friends that are her age, she has a private tutor and an amazing library just down the street. There are many museums and parks here for her to play at and make new friends.

Braelynn is finally getting the life her mother always wanted for her:

Last night, while Brynna was at work, Braelynn was forcibly removed from her amazing new life and home as a result of Brynna's ex fiance.

After we moved to Texas, he went to a judge and convinced him, through lies, that Braelynn was in danger while in Brynna's care. He filed multiple petitions to have her removed from her home, without notice, and taken back to her birth state.

Dispite multiple avenues of communication being open to her ex fiance, he never once called Braelynn in the month after she left the state. He also never contacted Brynna to let her know his cruel plans to take her daughter away, insuring that she would not have the opportunity to fight back.

Brynna now is returning to Florida to fight this serious injustice in court. Until the court date, almost a month away, Brynna is not allowed to have her daughter back. For now, her only way of communicating with her daughter are daily calls, if her ex allows them.

Braelynn has been torn away from her new home, friends, schooling, and most importantly, her mother. She is now in the care of a man who has failed, on numerous occassions, to care for her properly. 

We are requesting help to bring Braelynn back to her home in Texas.

Because Brynna's job is here in Texas, she will be unemployed while she tries to get her daughter back. We have come up with the money for the lawyer's retainer, but will still need help paying for filing and other legal fees. She will also need help paying for transportation to and from Florida as she battles this out.

Please help us bring Braelynn home!
