Salisbury, NC. (Rowan County). Yesterday, I received a call from a rescue friend about an extremely ill boxer girl. She asked for help. I couldn't say no. Another friend, Scarlett Donian, transported her to North Davidson Veterinary Hospital in Lexington (NDVH) this morning. This boxer has hookworms, whipworms, tapeworms, a severe urinary tracy infection and is severely anemic. The Vet at NDVH has recommended a 5- day hospital stay on sub-q fluids and she will be force fed liquid food.
She's a very sick girl and we are hoping she will pull through. We need your help. Her family is on a limited income and cannot afford to pay this bill. They might can pay a little. I took another leap of faith. I have faith that I will receive donations to help this sweet boxer. She's the one I'm concerned about and will do my best to help her. I have paid the $350 deposit.
