We need to move to Louisville ASAP.  The trailer in Taylorsville is slowly becoming unacceptable for healthy living.  The ceiling has developed leaks and there is a possiblilty of mold forming.  Every window in the house has to stay covered in plastic as several of the frames are broken.  The floors are getting weaker.  Due to the way the furnace ran this past winter (mind you we had the thermostat set at 68 degrees), we ran into electric bills of $400+ 3 months in a row.  The property has changed hands since we moved in and we were informed by the new landlord that if we want the rent to continue at $400 a month, he has NO plans on renovating at this time.

The other obstical we are facing is the driving distance for Wolf to get back and forth to work.  It is roughly a 72 mile round trip daily which tallies up to roughly $85-$100 a week in gas.  I can't even look for a part-time job as he has the van everyday.

Now we have found an apartment in Louisville for $459 a month and is right on the main bus routes.  This apartment is less than 3 miles from Wolf's work and if I want to find part time work, I can take the bus to various places.  Even though we don't look forward to living in the city, it still would be a major improvement for our current living conditions.

We are currently looking to raise $709 to cover the security and first month's rent.  While I can take a certain percentage out of Wolf's pay, because of the weekly gas usage, it would be very minimal at this time.  I am also working on raising funds via auctions, Zibbet and Etsy sales.  But lately those are few and far between.  So I am not looking to raise the whole amount through this program, though it would be helpful.
