Help me to continue raising funds to go towards the ongoing effort to raise awareness in the fight against cancer and to channel these funds to go to the legitimate organizations that actually help the well-being of those that need it the most. More ...

The song "Bless of an Angel" was inspired by an ambitious and supernatural woman named Heya. Despite her being diagnosed with cancer, braving the chemotherapy, knowing she didn't have long to live, Heya went out of her way to do a brave thing by helping someone down on his luck. I became involved in Heyas effort to help her assist the young artist that she was supporting when she asked for a musicians advice about musicians rights. I only found out about her diagnosis a month prior to the last days of her life.

Together, we created a stepping stone for the young artist to use once he is able to speak English. Heya taught me a valuable lesson about life and I want to pay it forward. Her contribution to living life to the fullest by helping those when others bail on you, has built a legacy and I want to honor that.

If this song is heard in a music video and generates any kind of revenue.
Proceeds will go to cancer research centers such as the Love Hope Strength Foundation. The rest will most likely go to the cost of making the music video. So, basically, I'm doing this for free, in my own spare time and the generous-borrowed time of others, with pride and for a noble cause. If you like what I'm doing and want to get in on this, anything you can contribute is appreciated and I promise the tangible benefits, recognition and credibility will go to those who help and continue to help.

UPDATE: I made a mistake thinking that this would be the end of it all by completing the Music Video Project. The fight to eliminate cancer continues and I'm determined to take the next step and do what it takes to help find the cure. I feel I haven't done enough. The good thing is, you can help me change all that. Let's do this. Once and for all.

Thank you for your time and I hope to see you on stage. ~J.P. aka Shokamo
