Dear All,
It is with great sadness that I tell you of Aoife's sudden passing. We are all shocked by the news. Our thoughts and prayers are with her parents, Adrian and Aine, her brother and sister, Eoghan and Roisin and the family at this time.

Dear All, It is with great sadness that I tell you of Aoife's sudden passing. We are all shocked by the news. Our thoughts and prayers are with her parents, Adrian and Aine, her brother and sister, Eoghan and Roisin and the family at this time. --------- ********* ---------- This is our little cousin Aoife. She just turned 5 last week and she’s the bravest little girl we know. Aoife was diagnosed with leukaemia last May. To date she has gone through a very rough time. She has been in hospital for the last 2 months undergoing procedure after procedure and shown remarkable resilience and courage in the face of it all. This has turned life upside down for her, her parents and her little brother and sister and it’s hard to comprehend what they go through on a daily basis. We would hope she has put the worst of this behind her but the road to recovery is a long one and she and her family need all the support they can get. John Maughan, John McCormack, myself (Philip Hogan) and friends are doing Gaelforce West (a 68Km adventure race) on August 18th 2012 and would like to take the opportunity to raise money for Aoife and her family. We would be most grateful for your support in this endeavour. Thanks for taking the time to read this. Best Regards, Philip
