Hello my name is Charles Bidwell. I am a 100% Disabled Veteran with Mild Traumatic Brain Injury, Severe PTSD,and Depression plus several other issues. I am looking for help buying a Trike Motorcycle. I need the Trike to be able to join a local Veteran's Group where I can associate with Service Members who know where I am coming from, know the environment of the war zone in Iraq. I deployed to Iraq in 20032004, 2005-2006, and 2008. I was a Combat Medic who went out on over 600 missions outside the wire. My 2nd tour I spent a year in a unit that looked for roadside bombs. During that tour I saw things no person should have to see and definitely not on a daily basis.  I self-isolate and suffer from nightmares that I would not wish on anyone. Riding a bike allows freedom and uses wind therapy and brotherhood to help work on issues I could not hope to explain to people have not been in the same situations. Getting out on the road riding a bike with others is more effective than sitting in a small circle trying not to speak out or only skim the top of issues. I am on a fixed income and have no chance of ever affording the price of a Trike by myself. My wife was in an auto wreck in November 2023 and hasn't worked since due to her injury. So my income has to spread out and cover everything for the entire month. I am not able to ride a standard motorcycle due to balance issues from my Traumatic Brain Injury and a Trike ranges from $15,000 to $25,000. I don't need the top of the line and minor issues I can fix myself so the lower end of $15,000 would be my target. But I will never get there on my own so I am asking for a little help please.
