PAYING MERLIN'S MEDICATION VET BILLS ;
Merlin is a rescue cat, rescued from streets of Cairo , when he has
been found in a very bad condition after being dumped by his owners in
October 2020 . He had a surgery to remove both eyes. He was staying at
the vet boarding in May & June, and then after he full recovered ,
he has been prepared for Europe traveling in order to be ready to get
the perfect forever home . We moved him to a cat boarding again as he
spent July & August there , befor he got sick again in the first
of September, he was suffering from a high temperature , a bad
infection plus a pus in one of the removed eyes , and he lost a lot of
weight😔 ,so we had to move him again to the vet to get medicated
.
At the vet blood tests have been done , all showed high white
bloodcells , high kidney & liver functions, and then a special
blood tests done to know if it is accidentally or chronic , and thanks
to God it is accidental , doctor said it will get normal again after
medications and fluids , but he couldn't specify a reason that caused
all that collapsing ..
For about 45 days , from the first of
September , until the middle of October Merlin was undergoing
medication at the vet, Fluids , antibiotics , kidney & liver
supports, eating Renal and Hebatic food , and having medication for
the infected eye. During this period blood tests were being frequently
done in order to monitor the improvement, and the responding to
medication, besides a fiv-felv test and it was negative🙏 .
Last
blood test that was done in October 13th has shown a very good results
of Kidney & liver functions, it backed to normal
again😊🙏..
Merlin now is fully recovered , and he is still
staying at the vet boarding so far to can get a good care
of.
Please help us to pay vet bills, it is really a big debt to
the vet that I can't afford, besides many other bills😔...Thank you 🙏.
