Elly and Ljuba, two of rescuer Tanya Fennell's cats have been offered
a fantastic home with Katie Sherlock in the UK. Katie is generously is
covering most of the costs, including vaccinations and so on, but a
little help is needed to cover the rest. And we hope to get these
lovelies off by the middle of January, so let's give them a brand new start!
Elly was shot earlier this year, the bullet lodged in
her vertebra and she had to have her leg amputated, but she recovered
well. At first she was wild, but day by day Tanya taught her to
believe in people. She is is still shy, but let's herself be cuddled
and carried. She's only about a year and a half.
She snuggles up to Ljuba, another cat rescued
by Tanya, found two years ago in Sarajevo, she looked pregnant. But
the vet found a tumour which he removed. She is about 10 years old and
who knows how many litters she had on the streets, untold suffering
:-( She has had no home offers and is now about 13 or 14 and
deserves to live out her life in the comfort of a loving, warm home
with her friend Elly.
Katie is covering around 430 euros, which includes vaccinations,
microchip and so on and most of the transport costs from Bosnia to the
UK . All that is needed is 100 euros + paypal fee.
