Jasper is a 7 year old GS. His family is in a bad situation and they need to find him a home. Thier home owners insurance won't allow a German shepherd, which is one of the (dangerous dogs) in Georgia. I had her take him to the vet to get all shots up to date before we started trying to find him a home. They did a heartworm test and it came back positive. The treatment will be 600.00. She will keep Jasper while he is recovering ! But the vet said they would keep him for three days. She is very upset and emotional. She loves him like a baby. This is very hard for her. I would appreciate no negative comments as that will not solve this issue. We need to get him treated asap!!!
