This is the face of a hero.

Ladies and gentlemen, this is Mr. Joseph Wilcox.

He is the concealed carry holder that sacrificed his life in an attempt to stop the slaughter of others at the Wal-Mart in Las Vegas.

We would like to express our deepest sympathy and condolences to the families of Mr. Wilcox and the officers who were taken from us.We would like to tell you about Joseph Wilcox, the truth, as told directly to me by his brother.

Joe and his friend were returning a modem to the Las Vegas Wal-Mart when the killers came in. The male suspect came in, fired a shot in the air, yelling "this is a revolution, everyone get out".

As the male suspect proceeded through to the back of the store, Joe had followed him with his weapon trying to get a clear shot. He was unaware that the female suspect (who had been pushing a cart through the store with her gun hidden in a shopping bag) was an accomplice and had also been following him.

While Joe was bravely targeting the killer, trying to put his massacre to an end, she came up from behind him like a coward and shot him in the back.

This fund is being set up for Joe's final expenses and all monies are sent directly to Jack Wilcox, Joseph's brother.

 We want to thank Joe for being one of our followers and supporters, and we are deeply saddened and heartbroken at the loss.
