There isn’t much of a story to tell. I have really bad teeth. I have so much coverage from work but I don’t have the initial upfront payments.  Due to the amount of work I need done, surgery to remove impacted teeth and trying to get an implant because of the deterioration of my jaw bone. I will have to pay for anesthesia as that is not covered under my insurance. 
 I have been to emerge four times in the last eight months due to infection and pain. As you can see from the photo there is a lot of damage to my mouth. Eating and drinking is becoming a chore one day it is cold foods affecting me and then the next hot/warm. I have lost weight (which isn’t a bad thing) but my health is taking a toll, my body is fighting off constant infections and I feel it is going to fail me.
