My name is Amber and I recently started working as a legal assistant for a man who is currently incarcerated in San Joaquin County Jail for a crime he didnt commit. He claims that hes the victim of a corrupt police force and his case is certainly filled with faulty evidence if i do say so myself.

So he's fired his attorney and he's defending himself with the help of a court appointed attorney to help him file motions (Charles Stoner), a private investigator to dig up evidence (Greg Valdez), a gang expert, and me as his legal runner/ paralegal/personal assistant. We are the glue that holds his whole defense together and his link to the outside world...his life is in our collective hands i guess you could say so now is definitely not the time to drop the figurative ball.

Rodriguez is a very smart man and confident in his abilities. Hes done this before and has had some success in getting cases dismissed and rulings overturned but never have the stakes been this high. If - WHEN he wins this trial he hopes to go home to Stockton and open his own practice...he wants to give back to the community by helping others do as he is doing. He wants to advise and guide other people in similar situations to stand up for their rights and aid in their own defense when the system lets them down. I think its a great idea!

First things first though, we have to win this case and set him free before he can do all that.
