Ezra is planning to sell his motorcycles and camper to pay his bills. I'm hoping, with your help, this won't be necessary.
Many of you know that Ezra has been going through an aggressive treatment for metastatic colon cancer in the last 8 weeks. He's finished 4 rounds of chemo with 8 more to go, is expecting to have an additional surgery on his liver, and is facing around six months of treatment & recovery. Through all of it, Ez has maintained a tremendously positive attitude.
He's calling it "the best of the worst" because he has a strong chance of 100% cure.
The chemo makes him tired, sensitive to cold objects, and a bit spacey. As a self-employed carpenter jack-of-all-trades, he hasn't been able to work for the last 3 months. Savings have dwindled to his final "bank account" of vehicles & tools. There are times when he feels up for a project, but his reactions to the treatments are hard to predict.
