Hi, My name is Elisa and I have decided to use my weight loss and fitness regime to help raise money for a Bournemouth soup Kitchen named Hope for Food.

After I had my last 2 children my weight and fitness has plummeted.

I raise money for all kinds of charities, for instance I make jewellery  (www.facebook.com/minxygifts) and after the Phillipeans disaster I sold all my ready made jewellery that I sell on stalls off for half price which raised £150 and donated it straight to that cause. 20% of all money made from that business goes to The Amelia Grace Rainbow fund, a charity for terminally ill children in Dorset and surrounding areas. I also give 10% of all money made from my other business, ironically, cakes lol (www.facebook.com/minxycakes) to Hope for food, the charity that all money raised from this will go to.

It is a soup kitchen held twice a week for the homeless or even for the less fortunate, in Bournemouth. But the founders main goal is to be able to provide a shelter with warm showers and somewhere for them to stay out of the cold.

I also donate monthly to other charities too, that are on a more global scale.

An amazing Trainer, Paul Gonzalez, approached me wanting to help me achieve my goals as he had been told about me by a mutual friend. He had heard about the work I do for charity and that I was very low on self esteem due to my increased body size and lack of fitness, and wanted to help me.

He has always dedicated his own personal fitness to raise money for charity and so was extremely up for taking me on as a challenge to raise money for this great charity.

I have set up a facebook page which I will keep updated with food diaries, fitness logs and even workout videos and photos of my progress

The page address is https://www.facebook.com/elisaandpaulfitnesschallenge

So Please, donate as much as you are able.

Thankyou
