The people of Carney and Shawnee OK were hit by a devastating tornado. Lives and homes were lost. We 3, name SEAL Don Zub, Retired Gunner's Mate Lee Peake and SEAL Mom P. Hancock are enroute to help the people of the Moore, Carney, Shawnee OK area. (Don is already on the ground there). We especially want to bring in toys and art supplies for the children who also lost their school. Optimally we would purchase small inexpensive backpacks as there is no storage there and fill them with simple toys, markers, crayons, paper and maybe a small stuffed teddy. We could do a simple backpack for about $10.00 per child filled with goodies. The building materials would go to Don to build folk some simple storage for their few found and recovered items. This mission is in memory of USN SEAL Rob Guzzo. The picture below is of Don and Rob (a close friend of my son's) who took his own life after struggling with this war's signature wounds -TBI and PTSD. Rest in peace Rob, we are carrying on your memory from here, in every day, in every way.
