Falcor has always been special. We don't really know his back story. The best we can come up with is that he was a stray who ended up at a local SLC shelter and there was discovered by Amber from the non-profit organization, No more homeless pets. He is small and disproportional and at the time, he could barely walk. His bones were brittle and we assume he was malnourished. He was put into the foster care program and Kat Martin was his foster momma for about a month. Her good friends Suzanne and Chris Holifield fell in love and adopted him, special needs and all.

Falcor progressively gained strength and after several months of the right food, care and love, he was able to walk, sometimes run and even go up and down stairs! He melts the hearts of everyone who meet him and has become SLC's favorite dog.

Recently and rapidly, without explanation, Flacor's health has significantly declined to the point where he can barely walk. Sue and Chris took him to the hospital where he received multiple tests and was detained over night by two different vet locations. This whole ordeal is not cheap and the lovely Falcor fans of SLC are happy to help out with our favorite puppy's medical bills.

Give a little or give a lot. It's times like these that the most helpless and mild of creatures need the strongest and most powerful forces of love.
