My friend Marlon was injured the day before new years eve of 2012. He works two full time jobs totaling to 72 to 80 hours a week. He works morning to morning from managing a clothing store to working at the airport as a ramp agent clocking out at 3am in the morning and waking 7am to do it all over again 5 days a week. The moment he got home from work that morning he immediately fainted and fell chin first into his tiled front door floor. He shattered 7 of his teeth and gashed his chin open. His wife heard a thud sound and thought someone was breaking into the house. She saw him laying there in a pool of blood around his wound. She thought he had been murdered; he was still breathing faintly though. Marlon was immediately rushed to the hospital by paramedics. The doctor said that he had fainted due to fatigue and dehydration. Out of the seven teeth, three were severely shattered, and four were chipped. Two separate operations are needed to restore Marlon's teeth. The operations to fix Marlon's teeth include: extraction of the three shattered teeth, three root canals, Cosmetic repairs for the remaining four teeth, crowns, and bidge. Another doctor had stitched his chin up. Medical bills for this incident are out the roof.

Please help my friend Marlon with his medical bills. I've been trying to help him ever since I've met him, just to lighten the load for him. I see the fatigue in him everyday. He's always tired with bags under his eyes and never complains about completing any job function at work. He's employee of the century in my book. I couldn't imagine working anymore than the 40 hours a week as a ramp agent handling baggage at the airport for 2 separate airlines; lifting a sum of 1 ton of weight minimum everyday. Just hundreds of bags. Even though i try to help him with most of the work it seems like he helps me more often than I help him. Marlon is the kind of person that puts others before himself, the kind of person that people would easily take advantage of his kindness. I think it's time that we acknowledge, support, and appreciate Marlon. Show Marlon that we're here for him.
