Hello everyone, my name is Ionuț Eduard Ana, and I am a father of five children.
For almost 8 years, I have been working abroad since 2017, in the UK, as a truck driver, far from my family, but Covid19 destroyed my entire fund and the company at the time (Eduard Transport Ltd). I met these 3 beautiful children on my trip through Romania, visiting my mother and siblings.
After having to save them from a paedophile, I fought a hard battle with the (very corrupt) Romanian government to protect them from any problems.
I have started to build a modest house step by step in the village of Bârnova, Iași County, Romania, so that my children (only 2 are mine, and 3 of them I saved from a paedophile in Romania) can grow up safely in their own country, because with Brexit it is not easy to take them here.
Today, I take care of all five children, two of them mine, one of my children has a beautiful daughter (also a grandfather) and three other beautiful children (1 boy and 2 girls) that I protected and saved from an extremely dangerous situation and I decided together with my wife to start building a house for them with only 35,000 pounds, all our money, because they were living with that dangerous person before he saved them. (I can provide all the details with proof upon request)
The fact that I am forced to work far away is the hardest part for me, as I cannot be physically close to them to guide them to school and provide them with safety and daily support, only by phone, and with the help of my sister.
The house is almost finished, but I cannot legally register it due to administrative obstacles from the local town hall, and I cannot connect to the utilities (water, gas, electricity...).
One of the problems that the town hall blames is that my house was built very close to the property boundary
(due to EU regulations, it is not allowed to be close to the neighbouring property, but I did not know when I started the construction), and the neighbouring land, small and currently empty, is not mine.
Buying that land (it helps me a lot because the land I built on is only 300 m2, I could make a pen for animals so I can feed and raise these children organically), would solve the legal problem and allow us to connect to electricity, to enter the legality of Romanian laws, which is essential to finally take my children home (I now live in a small house, because of Romanian regulations that respect EU regulations).

Child protection in Romania threatens me that if I do not become legally eligible within 6 months, so that I can take my children to a home with normal living conditions for them, they will take them away from me and I will never see them again. I can honestly say that I am lost because of this decision taken in court by the Romanian Government, which, in fact, does nothing to help me become legally eligible, on the contrary, they would be happy to take my children, because they are minors under 18. I don't know if humanity and empathy still exist today, but I pray to God to help me and I know that God helps through people. "I am attaching here the geolocation of the neighbour’s house and land, which they have agreed to sell to me."
At the same time, my mother is seriously ill, suffering from type 2 diabetes and Parkinson's disease, and she needs my presence and care more and more.
Without legal registration and without electricity, water and gas utilities, my children
cannot live safely in this house, and I am forced to stay away from the people I love most, remaining in the UK, huddled here.
I am not asking for pity.
I am just asking for a real chance to keep my family together under one roof, please.
How will the aid be used
The funds raised will be used transparently for:
- purchasing the neighbouring land that allows for legal entry
- registering the house and administrative costs
- connecting to the electricity grid
- minimum living conditions for the children (essential furniture, utilities)
Any amount, no matter how small, means a step closer to the moment when
the five children will have light, warmth and safety in a stable home.
