Merchant License Terms & Conditions

By purchasing the Merchant License, you gain the right to sell 3D-printed versions of the Andy & Whisky figurine. However, to ensure the integrity of the design and protect the rights of the creator, the following conditions apply:

• Sell Physical Products: You can sell 3D-printed, fully finished versions of the figurine.
• Modify Supports: You are free to adjust the supports for your printing needs.
• Promote Your Work: Use the figurine in promotional images or on social media to showcase your printed products.

• Redistribute or Share Files: Sharing, reselling, or distributing the STL, LYS, or any other digital files is strictly prohibited.
• Claim Ownership: You may not claim the design as your own or use it in any way that misrepresents the original creator.
• Mass Production: The license is intended for small-scale production; mass production or injection molding is not allowed.
• Alter the Design: Modifications to the sculpt itself (beyond adding supports or minor printing adjustments) are not permitted.

• This license is for personal and small-business use only. It is intended for those who wish to sell handmade, 3D-printed versions of the model.
• Any violations of these terms may result in the revocation of your license and legal action if necessary.
